Through our industry-leading, paid training, you will learn all about insurance policies and regulations, and how to best assist our customers.  As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong English and Spanish communication skills to answer calls, properly handle customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and update policies.

Candidate Qualifications
*     High school diploma or equivalent
*     Good customer service skills or prior experience
*     Bilingual (English / Spanish) proficiency
*     Demonstrated job stability
*     Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
*     Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
*     Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center

Because we are here to service our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we staff many shifts and ask our associates to be flexible.

Prior insurance experience is not necessary; we provide comprehensive and on-going training!

You'll receive on the job paid training to help you learn what you need to know to assist customers with many different types of requests.  Once on the job, associates receive frequent updates and on-going training to keep their knowledge up-to-date and develop their skills.
